A lot of Fae would answer this question with the throne as the object of their want. It's a big draw, to hold the highest position in court.

Me? I don't want it. Holding the throne would clear up a lot of the issues I deal with now. And yet, it would create a new set of issues. Holding power always had drawbacks, no matter how small or nonexistent those drawbacks may look from a lower spot in court.

What I want is freedom. The freedom to live my life. The freedom to travel as I see fit. The freedom not to have to answer to others. Highly optimistic of me considering the throne would be a more achievable goal, but that is what I want.

	There's a big difference to being willingly bound and trapped. The first thing I would do with that freedom is take a nice leasurly trip around the human realm. Take in all the sights, soak in everything. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Which is why I said I believe I understand. Why not do that anyway? Perhaps you might have to do it in shifts but it would not hurt to try. Unless your Courts really are that strict about spending time within the human realm. Just why is it they keep you confined? (Reply to this) (Parent)
