I have had a couple times in my life that someone thought I was someone I wasn't. Comes with the territory, really. When you use glamour to change your appearance, even if it's a small change, you'll find people who think you look like someone they know. And of course, there is the changing my name every few decades, I will run into times where someone has the same name. Those are always fun and guaranteed to bring out the more fun people, Loan collectors, ex-boyfriends, and such.
